Exercising regularly helps in increasing muscle strength, flexibility and energy levels and reduces joint discomfort. Include foods rich in anti-inflammatory properties in your diet. Consumption of tomatoes, berries, avocado, grapes etc. gives relief from joint pain.

According to health experts, adults should consume 20 to 50 ng/ml of vitamin D per day. Food rich in omega 3 fatty acids should be consumed which are rich in vitamin D like salmon or mackerel.
