In the Delhi liquor scam case, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s troubles are not decreasing. But now ED has made his party an accused along with Arvind Kejriwal. The question is how ED has framed charges against Aam Aadmi Party, whether action is taken against all the leaders associated with a party after charges are framed against it. Today we will tell you how ED has framed charges against Aam Aadmi Party.

ED’s grip

ED and CBI have tightened their grip on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. While on one hand Arvind Kejriwal is knocking the door of Supreme Court, on the other hand ED and CBI are presenting new arguments before the court. Now the court has taken cognizance of the supplementary chargesheet filed by ED against Arvind Kejriwal in the Delhi liquor scam case in the lower court. Let us tell you that the court has also issued a production warrant against Kejriwal in this case. In the supplementary chargesheet of ED, there are 38 accused and Kejriwal has been named accused number 37 by the investigating agency.

Aam Aadmi Party also accused

Let us tell you that in the supplementary chargesheet of ED, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been named accused number 37, while Aam Aadmi Party has been named accused number 38. According to the supplementary chargesheet, Arvind Kejriwal is the kingpin and conspirator.

Charges on party

ED has the right during investigation that apart from any person, it can also frame charges on any political party. ED has framed charges on Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his Aam Aadmi Party as per the rules, now it has to be seen what decision the court gives on this.  

Order of appearance

Let us tell you that after taking cognizance of the seventh charge sheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), Special Judge Kaveri Baveja has issued an order to personally present Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is lodged in Tihar Jail. The federal investigation agency had made Kejriwal and his Aam Aadmi Party accused in the supplementary charge sheet filed on May 17 this year. Meanwhile, the court has also taken cognizance of the eighth supplementary charge sheet of the agency, in which Vinod Chauhan and Ashish Mathur have been made accused in the case.
