Former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal lives in the government bungalow of Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP Ashok Mittal. Ashok Mittal is AAP’s Rajya Sabha MP from Punjab. After vacating the government residence in Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal had said that he does not have any house in Delhi, hence he will have to shift to a rented house. After this, news came that Kejriwal would shift to the government bungalow of his own party MP Ashok Mittal. The address of this bungalow is  Bungalow Number-5 on Ferozshah Road. 

How much is the bungalow rent?

The residence where Arvind Kejriwal lives is a Type-5 bungalow allotted to Rajya Sabha MP Ashok Mittal. Actually, bungalows from Type VI to VIII are allotted to MPs, Union Ministers and Ministers of State. Type V bungalows are allotted to MPs elected for the first time. According to an RTI filed in 2021, the rent for Type-7 to Type-8 luxury bungalows was Rs 2500 to Rs 4600 per month. Whereas the rent of Type-5 bungalow can be even less than this.
