According to a report, the Indian men’s team, captained by Gaikwad, has got a place in the quarter-finals directly on the basis of ICC T20 rankings. Team India will play the quarterfinal match on 5 October. Whereas for the women’s teams, the matches will start from 19th September.
According to PTI, if we talk about the Indian men’s cricket team, then if it wins in the quarterfinals, it will play the semi-finals on October 6. After this, the final match will be played on 7 October. This match will be for the gold medal. The important thing is that along with the Asian Games, the Cricket World Cup is also to be organized. Therefore, only B teams of Afghanistan and Bangladesh will participate in this tournament along with India. In such a situation, victory for India can be more easy. However, official information regarding the schedule of Team India has not been revealed yet.
14 teams will play in women’s cricket in Asian Games. While 18 teams will participate in men’s cricket. Women’s cricket will start from 19 September. And on September 26, the match will be played for the gold and bronze medals. Men’s cricket will start from 28 September. Its final will be played on 7 October. If we talk about the time of the match, then according to Indian time it will start from 12 noon.
