It has been told that lakhs of Ram devotees have reached Ayodhya on the occasion of Ram Navami, while the flow of people is still continuing. In view of this, now the timing of darshan in the temple has been changed from 3.30 am to 11 pm. People will be able to see Ramlala only after Mangala Aarti. Ramlala will be seen in a similar manner on 17th and 18th April. That means lakhs of devotees will get a chance to visit the temple. However, darshan will be closed for five minutes while offering bhog.
Surya Abhishek will happen like this
This decision has been taken considering the number of devotees on the occasion of Ram Navami. On this occasion, Surya Abhishek of Lord Ram will also be done in a special way. The sun’s rays will be reflected to the sanctum sanctorum through lenses and mirrors, after which the sun’s rays will fall directly on Ramlala’s forehead. This will happen for about four minutes. In this way the Surya Abhishek program of Lord Ram will be completed. For Ram Navami, the temple has been decorated with flowers and complete security arrangements have also been made.
