After going to the hospital, you will have to find out about the Ayushman Mitra Help Desk present in the hospital.
You will have to go to that help desk and meet the concerned officer and show him your Ayushman card. The officer will verify the Ayushman card shown by you and you will start getting free treatment facility immediately after verification. You can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh on Ayushman card.

How to get Ayushman card made?
To get the card made, you can go to your nearest CSC center. Here you have to talk to the concerned officer. The officer will check your eligibility. If you are eligible for the scheme. Then after this your documents will be verified, after this process everything is completed. So after this your Ayushman card is made.
