The case is from Jamui district. Here the Zonal Office has issued a notice against a person. The name written in place of the name of the person who received the notice is water tank and the name written in place of his father’s name is even more ridiculous.

Among these notices, there is one notice which has not been issued in the name of any person but in the name of a water tank. Instead of the name of the father or husband, it has Nal Jal Yojana written in it. That is, Nal Jal Yojana is the father and the water tank installed there is his son. This order has been issued through letter no. 107 of Khaira Zone Office. Form one reads- Shriman Pani Tanki, Father/Husband’s Name Tap Water Scheme, you are directed to come to the Zone Office with your documents and put forth your side. When Khaira Zone Officer Vishwajeet Kumar was asked about this, he said that the matter is not of his tenure. This letter has been issued by his predecessor Zone Officer Shriram Oraon. However, he said that since the matter has come to his notice now, it will be investigated.
