Badshah Talked About Depression: Singer and rapper Badshah has gained fame in a very short time. But very few people know that he has struggled with problems like depression and panic attacks. Badshah himself has revealed this in a recent interview. Badshah revealed that he became a victim of stress after watching Sonakshi Sinha and Ranveer Singh’s film ‘Lootera’.
In an interview to The Lallantop, Badshah said, ‘I saw Lootera and became sad and very worried. I took a double dose of all my medicines. I woke up and called my doctor and told him that there is a big problem. I saw Lootera and I was very troubled. So I took a double dose of everything.’
The doctor had advised me not to watch Raanjhanaa
Badshah further says that when he shared his problem with his doctor, he gave him a very funny reply. His doctor jokingly advised him that he should avoid watching ‘Raanjhanaa’ because it was also an emotional film. Badshah said that when he was returning to India, he was feeling nervous in the flight and was sweating.
‘Save me, something is happening to me…’
The singer said that he was struggling with insomnia. In such a situation, he asked his sister for help and said – ‘Save me, something is happening to me.’ After this, he consulted a doctor, took medicines and it took 6 months for Badshah to come out of all this. During this, Badshah also told how he got a panic attack for the first time when he was in London. He felt that he was getting a heart attack and he slept after taking two sleeping pills.
