Tau Baljeet’s Jalebi: This time Jalebi was a topic of discussion during the Haryana Assembly elections. The same Jalebi is also being liked by the people in Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Agricultural University located in Modipuram, Meerut. Actually, during the Haryana Assembly elections, opposition leader Rahul Gandhi was given birth to by uncle Baljeet. The same uncle Baljeet also set up a Jalebi stall in Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Agricultural University. Whose taste people are liking a lot. Have been making Jalebi for 72 years
While talking exclusively to Local-18, Tau Baljeet told that at present he is 78 years old. He started making Jalebi at the age of just 6 years. He told that initially he used to make normal Jalebi. But in Haryana people like sweet food a lot. In such a situation, he tried a new experiment and started making a 250 gram jalebi.
Which no one used to make in Haryana earlier. Tau Baljeet says that people liked his experiment very much. Gradually his Gohana Jalebi became famous. He says that he sells more than 100 kg of Jalebi in a day. Not only this, he told that during the season he prepares several quintals of Jalebi. Which is supplied not only in the country but even in foreign countries.

Uncle Baljeet tells that even politicians like his Jalebi. The scene of which was seen recently during the Haryana Assembly elections. He told that some Congress leaders had got Jalebi made from his place for Rahul Gandhi. Which Rahul Gandhi liked very much. He had also ordered Jalebi to take to Delhi.
He says that it was after seeing such a big Jalebi that Rahul Gandhi talked about setting up a factory. Not only this, in Haryanvi style Tau Baljeet says that perhaps Rahul Gandhi would have never seen such Jalebi. That’s why he talked about setting up a factory. He told that Bhupendra Hooda, Manohar Lal and other politicians also like the jalebi made by him.

Orders come from abroad
Tau Baljeet tells that he participates in various types of fairs organized across the country. In such a situation, people who come to visit there. A large number of foreigners also come among them. In such a situation, even foreigners like their Jalebi. Their Jalebi is also supplied abroad on other types of festivals including Diwali. Tau says that he takes special care of all the things while making Jalebi. In such a situation, their Jalebi does not spoil for a month.
Jalebi is made from pure desi ghee
Let us tell you that according to uncle, his jalebi is made from pure desi ghee. If we talk about the price of Jalebi, it is Rs 320 per kg. There are only four pieces in one kilo of Jalebi. Because one jalebi is of 250 grams.
