Bakrid Special Mutton Curry Recipe: Today, the festival of Bakrid is being celebrated across the country. It is one of the biggest festivals of the Muslim community. Mutton curry doubles the fun of celebration with its excellent taste. Generally people enjoy mutton curry by going to dhaba or restaurant. However Dhaba style mutton curry can be easily prepared at home too. Today we are telling you about the easy recipe and essential ingredients for making mutton curry. By adopting this recipe, you can prepare a delicious curry, which people will lick their fingers after eating.
Ingredients for Mutton Curry
First take 500 grams of mutton. After this, 200 grams curd, 200 grams onion, 100 grams tomato, 50 grams ghee or oil, 2 teaspoons coriander powder, 2 teaspoons garlic paste, 2 teaspoons ginger paste, 2 teaspoons salt (as per taste), 2 teaspoons red chili powder, Take 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 5 green cardamoms, 8 black peppercorns, 1 cinnamon stick, 100 grams green coriander and 4 whole cloves. Its material is easily available.
Easy way to make Mutton Curry
First of all cut the mutton into small pieces and wash it thoroughly with clean water. Now keep it aside for some time. When the water dries up, start the process of marinating it. For this add 3-4 spoons of curd, salt as per taste, little red chili powder, coriander powder and meat masala to the mutton. Add all these spices and mix well and keep the mutton in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.

Now cut onions and tomatoes and keep them. Prepare a paste of ginger and garlic. Then put a big pan on the gas and heat it by adding some ghee. After this add cardamom, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon stick in the hot oil. Fry them for a few minutes and add chopped onions. Fry the onion till it turns light brown. Now add ginger and garlic paste to it and mix well. Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder and coriander powder and mix it well. After this add mashed tomatoes and mix well with other ingredients. Cook all these things well for a few minutes.

Then add mutton pieces to it and mix well. After cooking for a few minutes, add curd to it and mix. Then cook for 10 minutes. Put water in it according to your need and cook it. Add coriander leaves and garam masala to it. Now let it cook for 25 minutes. When the mutton is fully cooked and becomes soft, then keep it covered and turn off the gas. Then take it off the gas and take out the dish in a utensil. You can serve mutton curry with rice, naan or roti.
