Bangladesh Crisis News sheikh hasina now seeking asylum in saudi arabia or UAE after UK America blow

Bangladesh Crisis News: Former Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has been in India for the last two days. Western countries are quite hesitant to grant her asylum. The doors of Britain and America are almost closed for Sheikh Hasina at the moment, so she is now considering other options. Meanwhile, there are speculations that Sheikh Hasina is now considering seeking asylum in Saudi Arabia or UAE.

According to the Dhaka Tribune report, former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has already failed in her attempt to seek political asylum in Britain. Before granting asylum to Sheikh Hasina, Britain has laid down the rules that she will have to be physically present to seek asylum.

Sheikh Hasina did not seek refuge anywhere- Sajeeb Wazed

However, Sheikh Hasina’s son Sajeeb Wazed has denied that Sheikh Hasina has sought asylum from any other country. As a result, she is now considering seeking asylum in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Finland. Meanwhile, Sajeeb Wazed Joy, son of former Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina, said that she can travel to places where her family members live, such as the US, the UK, Finland and India.

Sajeeb Wazed also informed that he is in Washington and his aunt is in London. Also, his sister lives in Delhi, so they are still unsure about his exact whereabouts.

Why can’t Sheikh Hasina go to Britain?

The British government has a rule that unless a citizen of another country reaches there, he/she cannot get asylum. Due to these reasons, Sheikh Hasina can neither book a ticket to Britain nor will be able to go there. In fact, Britain has a record of providing security to needy people.

In addition, there is no provision in the UK immigration rules to allow anyone to travel to the UK to seek asylum or temporary asylum. Those who need international protection have to first seek asylum in a safe country.
