Now Pakistani academician Dr. Qamar Cheema has made a big claim regarding this. He says that India is also involved in this issue of America and Bangladesh. At the same time, he also questioned why Sheikh Hasina did not raise all these issues during the election campaign, why did she not say these things then. Qamar Cheema also mentioned India. He said that now Sheikh Hasina is saying that she wants to do business with India. Sometimes she also makes business deals with China.

Cheema claimed that when the G-20 summit was held in India, India had brokered a peace deal with the US to remove Bangladesh’s resentment. The people of Bangladesh also said that India helped us a lot in normalizing relations with the US. Cheema also raised the question that this also gives an idea of how Bangladesh’s relations will be with powerful countries. Narendra Modi And India will decide, because India is also increasing its numbers on this issue. It is telling Bangladesh that America is angry with you, questions are being raised on your elections, the condition of the country is not good, China can put pressure and issues will arise, you stay back a bit, but Sheikh Hasina is following the same model that she was following.
India is doing direct deal
Actually, India was taking a tough line in which India wanted to help Bangladesh. First America said that there will be free and fair elections, now America has started putting pressure on Bangladesh. Bangladesh is close to China, that is also why America is tensed. The interesting thing is that India and China have many issues, but still they support Bangladesh. America should also understand these things. India is also busy in making its presence felt in the world at this time. India wants that other countries should make direct deals with America.
So will you buy weapons from China?
Bangladesh says that we will not buy anything from those countries which exert pressure in our elections. Meaning we will not buy military weapons. Now Cheema raised the question that if Bangladesh will not buy weapons from America, Western countries, then from whom will it buy. He said, it will buy from China. He claimed that I do not think Bangladesh will do defence deals with India. Bangladesh will buy goods only from China. He said, at present the equation between India and America is very strong, America is also taking advantage of it inside India.
