A 35-year-old man named Alex Reggie, resident of Pune, committed suicide by jumping from the Atal Setu bridge. This entire incident has been captured in CCTV. In which Reggie is seen jumping from the railing of the bridge into the sea. In the CCTV footage that has surfaced, it is clearly visible that Reggie stops his car near the railing and then jumps into the sea. Police later recovered the body. When the police started investigating this whole matter, it came to light that he used to work in a national bank. His wife says that he committed suicide due to workload.
How to reduce workload pressure?
