Former MP Upendra Singh Rawat has got a big relief in the case of the objectionable video going viral. The report after investigation in the Forensic Science Laboratory states that this video can be prepared using artificial intelligence technology. It is not clear whether this video is real. The use of AI technology in this cannot be ruled out.
Upendra Singh Rawat, who became an MP by winning the last Lok Sabha seat election, was made the BJP candidate from Barabanki this time too. But the very next day of its announcement by the BJP, some obscene videos went viral. In which the person seen in an objectionable situation with a foreign girl was allegedly identified as Upendra Rawat. However, the MP termed this video as fake and edited using artificial intelligence technology. A case was registered in the city police station on his behalf in this matter. He had announced not to contest any election until he is proven innocent.
SP Dinesh Kumar Singh said that the original clip or video of the viral video has not been found. The police is continuously investigating. Meanwhile, after this report came out, former MP Upendra Singh Rawat said late on Sunday night that he was already saying that this video is fake. This report could not prove the fault.
