At the same time, the famous Barulas found here have kept everyone crazy for about 20 years. Every day there is a queue of people in Tinku Yadav Chaat Bhandar to eat these Barulas.
Talking to Local 18, stall owner Tinku Yadav says that these Barulas are prepared from small potatoes. Barule stall has been set up in Aligarh for the last several years. Tinku Yadav also told that the person who tastes his Barula once definitely comes to the shop again.
These hot burulas are served with sour spicy chutney.
Tinku Yadav, who sells burulas, said that small potato burulas are served with special chutney. Chutney is made from many types of spices. To give hot burulas to the customers, the barulas are immediately fried and served. This stall of barulas in Aligarh is set up at Takhar Mahal Square, one of the main intersections of Aligarh. Whereas the timing is from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The price of Barule is Rs 50 for half a kg and a plate is Rs 20, while the stall is always crowded with people eating Barule.
There is no peace if one does not eat Barula.
Customer Bhupendra Singh, who came to eat Barule, said, ‘I have been coming here to eat Barule regularly for the last 4 months. The Barulas here are amazing. Apart from me, people from far away places come here to eat Barulas. Its most special thing is that the chaat masala added to the Barula doubles its taste.
