Easy way to make Basanti Casserole,
Material:
Govindbhog Rice β 1 Cup (Take Basmati Rice if not if not if not)
Ghee β 3 tablespoons
Raisins-10-12
Cashew-10-12
Green Cardamom-2-3
Clove-2-3
Cinnamon β 1 inch
Tejpatta β 1
Water β 2 cups
Sugar β 3 tablespoons
Turmeric Powder β 4 Tsp
Saffron threads-15-20 (optional)
Method of preparation:
First wash the rice with water and soak it for 30 minutes. Then heat ghee on medium flame in a pan and add raisins cashews and fry it till it turns golden brown. Now add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and bay leaves and fry 3-4 seconds.
