A four year old child reached the court of Begusarai to get his bail. Seeing this, everyone was stunned today. With the appearance in the court, the CGM acquitted the child but also issued an order that this is the result of the negligence of the police, so a complaint should be lodged with the Children’s Commission while registering a case against such negligent police. After this order, now the hands and feet of the police administration have started swelling.

what was the matter

In the year 2021, during the global pandemic Corona, after a person was found corona positive in Souza village, the area was barricaded by the district administration which was removed by some anti-social elements. On receiving the complaint of breaking the barricading, the district administration had issued instructions to register a case against the accused. In the light of that order, a case was registered against 8 people of the same family under case number 224/21 on April 10, 2021, marking the watchman Rupesh Kumar. Shambhu Thakur’s son of about two years was also included in those eight members.

The court has reprimanded

In this regard, advocate Devvrat Patel said that after seeing the child, the CGM acquitted him of the charges against the child. Along with this, the court issued an order saying that while registering a case against such negligent police, a complaint should be lodged with the Children’s Commission. Now knowing about the rebuke of the court and action against the police, the hands and feet of the police officers are swelling.
