Begin by sitting in a comfortable position for Kegel exercises. You can also lie down if you want. Now remember the pelvic floor muscles you identified. All you have to do is contract them like holding your urine, hold for a second, and then release and relax the muscle.
Start with 15 counts at a time and then increase it as you practice. You can also do this several times in a day. This is a more advanced stage of the previous exercise. You only need to increase the duration of the hold for 3-5 seconds. You can do it whenever you get time. Doing this exercise also helps in preventing urine leakage.
