Unemployment allowance scheme is run in Chhattisgarh
Different state governments of the country run different welfare schemes for the citizens of their respective states. The Chhattisgarh government has also started a new scheme for the youth of the state. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai has started unemployment allowance. Under this, the government gives financial assistance of Rs 2500 every month to unemployed youth.
Under the scheme, the government provides unemployment allowance to youth between the ages of 18 and 35. For this, the youth have to pass at least 10th or 12th class. Only then can they apply for the scheme.
These people do not get benefits
Chhattisgarh government does not give benefits under the unemployment allowance scheme to those people whose family members are engineers, doctors, lawyers, chartered accountants or doing any other similar work. Along with this, people from families receiving monthly pension of more than ₹ 10,000 cannot apply under this scheme.
Apart from this, if there is an income tax payer in a family, he also does not get the benefit of the scheme. People from the families of former and present ministers, assembly members, mayors, urban bodies, district panchayat presidents also cannot apply in this scheme.

Apply in this scheme
- To apply for the scheme, you must have the employment office registration number.
- After this, for online application, you will have to visit the official website of the scheme https://berojgaribhatta.cg.nic.in/.
- Then on the homepage, you will have to click on the option of “Login” in the menu bar. After this, click on the option of ‘Open a new account’.
- After this you will have to enter your mobile number. OTP will come on it.
- After this, enter your email ID and create your password. After this the registration process will be completed.
- Then you have to login with email and password. You have to fill the unemployment allowance form.
- After this, you will have to select bank details and skill training choice.
- Finally upload the required documents and submit the form.
