Ingredients for making gram flour capsicum
Capsicum – 2-3
Gram flour – 3/4 cup
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
Rai – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 2-3 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Besan Capsicum Recipe
To make gram flour capsicum, first wash the capsicum and wipe it with a cotton cloth. After that cut it into small pieces. Now put gram flour in a pan and dry roast it on low flame. When the color of the gram flour becomes golden, turn off the gas and take out the gram flour in a bowl. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.

When the oil becomes hot, add mustard seeds, cumin, fennel and asafoetida and fry for a few seconds. After this, add chopped capsicum to it and cook till the capsicum becomes soft properly. After this add turmeric, red chili powder and all other dry spices and mix. Add salt as per taste and cook the vegetable till the aroma of spices starts coming.

After this add pre-roasted gram flour to the vegetable and mix well. Now sprinkle some water in the vegetable and cook while stirring with the help of a ladle. Now cover the pan and fry the vegetables on low flame for 7-8 minutes. During this, keep stirring the vegetables in between. Turn off the gas after the fixed time. Tasty gram flour capsicum curry is ready. Serve it with roti or paratha.
