According to NIRF ranking, the top law college this year is NLSIU, Bangalore. It has got the first place in the ranking list of the year 2024. This institute of Karnataka is at the top with a score of 83.83. After this, National Law University, New Delhi was at the second place. Its score is much lower than NLSIU, Bangalore and it was 77.48. In this way, NLSIU, Bangalore retained the first position for the third consecutive time.

Other names included in the list

According to NIRF ranking, NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad got the third place in the list of best law colleges. Its score was 77.05. West Bengal National University of Judicial Sciences, Kolkata got the fourth place. It got a score of 76.39. Symbiosis Law School, Pune got the fifth place with a score of 74.62.

After the release of this year’s ranking, a pattern that is emerging is that there has been no change in the ranking of the top three institutions from the year 2017 till today i.e. till the year 2024. They have remained in the top position since then. The ranking is released again and again but no one can remove these three from their position.

When you look at the scores obtained in the NIRF ranking, you will find that the top ranked institute, NLSIU Bangalore, is far ahead of its competitors. Its score was 83.83. Whereas the second ranked National Law University, New Delhi, had a score of 77.48. In this way, it is clear that no institute is able to compete with NLSIU Bangalore.
