Aggarwal Samaj organized a panchayat in Yamuna Vihar on Monday to protest against the shooting of a father-son duo in a parking dispute in North-East Delhi’s Bhajanpura area. Apart from Agrawal Samaj, local BJP MLA Ajay Mahawar, corporator Pramod Gupta, besides Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s state executive member Ram Kishan and United Hindu Front president Jai Bhagwan Goyal, many others participated in the panchayat.

It was decided in the Panchayat that no family would sell shops or houses to people of a particular community, nor would they be given any kind of property on rent. Apart from many other corporators, RWA office bearers participated in the programme.

A panchayat was organized on Monday morning at Agarwal Bhawan, Yamuna Vihar. Condemning the incident of shooting father-son Virendra Agarwal and his son Sachin Agarwal, it was described as very serious. It was mentioned in the panchayat that the number of people belonging to a particular community has increased rapidly in Yamuna Vihar area.

Mahendra Parashar, president of Yamuna Vihar Brahmin Samaj, told that during his stay, no person from the particular community was allowed to buy a house in Yamuna Vihar C-7. If someone wants to sell his house and shop, then only our people should buy it. MLA Ajay Mahavar said that instead of talking about any particular religion, he would talk about criminal elements.
