In this way, after passing the process of two days, Ras Madhuri is prepared. Vikram Singh, manager of Chetan Prakash Sweets, says that Ras Madhuri is the most famous sweet of Nagaur. The taste of the juice made here is sweet and nowhere else is it made like this. People take this Ras Madhuri with them in the country and abroad because it does not spoil for many days.

The rate is also negligible
The taste of Nagaur’s Ras Madhuri can be gauged from the fact that the former Prime Minister of India has tasted Ras Madhuri. Many times it is said that he has mentioned Ras Madhuri in his speech. Talking about the price of Ras Madhuri, the price of high quality Madhuri is sold up to Rs 440 per kg, whereas in different sweet stores it is sold up to Rs 350 or 400 per kg.
