Young man opened fire in dispute with dancer
According to the information, the wedding procession of Monu Upadhyay, son of Dinesh Upadhyay from Mathila of Buxar district, had come to the house of Suresh Chandra Pandey in Chhotki Singhi. Prabhakar alias Monu was getting married to Suresh Chandra Pandey’s daughter Ananya. A wedding ceremony was taking place at home. On the other hand, a dance program was going on in Shamiana, where a young man had a dispute with the dancer over some issue. During a minor dispute, the young man took out a pistol from his waist and fired a bullet, which instead of hitting the dancer, hit Santosh Upadhyay, the groom’s cousin sitting in the canopy.
Accused fled from the spot, accomplice arrested
It is being told that after the firing, there was chaos in the wedding ceremony. Then the injured Santosh was immediately admitted to Arrah’s private hospital for treatment, where he is undergoing treatment. As soon as information about the incident was received, the city police reached the spot. But by then the young man who fired the shot had fled from there. But the police arrested his partner. At the same time, the police is investigating the entire matter. The atmosphere of the wedding turned into mourning after the groom’s brother was shot.
