The story of ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ is set from 200 years ago, where a Maharaja burns Manjulika alive, due to which no one knows who Manjulika was, but everyone knows that the palace of that Maharaja is haunted by Manjulika. At the same time, in the present day, Meera (Trupti Dimri), the royal descendant of Raktaghat, is very worried that despite having such a big palace, her family is living in a stable due to the fear of Manjulika’s spirit. So Meera and her maternal uncle go to Rooh Baba (Karthik Aryan) and bring him to Raktghat, but both of them know that Rooh Baba is a fraud, he cheats people, but there is a twist behind it too. .

The twist is that only Rooh Baba can free that royal palace from the soul of Manjulika, because it is said that any person from the same family can liberate Manjulika’s soul from the palace by taking rebirth and Rooh Baba’s form is Manjulika. She meets K’s brother and the royal prince and the only surprise the audience may like in the film is that Karthik is in a double role. Meanwhile, Vidya Balan of the Archeology Department and Queen Madhuri Dixit of the royal family enter the mansion and then the scary game begins.
