It has been implemented as a pilot project in Ghazipur Sadar, Sitapur districts of Uttar Pradesh.Holi, has been started in Barabanki’s Sirauli, Gauspur, Lucknow’s Mohanlalganj and Shamli’s Sadar tehsils. The state government wants to implement this new system in the entire state.
