Prayagraj STF has taken major action in the paper leak case of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) Review Officer-Assistant Review Officer (RO-ARO) examination. After getting strong evidence, STF has arrested Parul Solomon, Principal of Bishop Johnson Girls School.

STF on Thursday arrested Parul Solomon, former principal of Bishop Johnson Girls School, in the RO/ARO exam paper leak case. After receiving solid evidence, the accused was arrested by the STF office. Late in the evening, STF produced him before the court and sent him to jail.

On February 11, 2024, the Review Officer-Assistant Review Officer (RO-ARO) examination was conducted by Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC). This examination was held at Bishop Johnson Girls School. But, the question paper was leaked even before the exam and went viral on social media through various mediums. The investigation was handed over to STF. Arpit Vineet Yashwant, resident of Mayurabad Police Station Cantt, was arrested along with four accused in the case on March 21.

The accused looked after the examination related work of Bishop Junction Girls School and College. During interrogation, it was revealed that Parul Solomon had appointed accused Arpit and the paper was leaked with the help of the former principal. After this, STF called the former principal for questioning several times, due to his non-cooperation, his role became even stronger. On Thursday, STF called him to the office for questioning and then the team arrested him.
