Priya had a miscarriage last year
Talking to Times of India, he said, ‘We were not planning a baby yet. I conceived early last year and we were completely surprised. we were happy. I always wanted to become a mother. This was natural. I was also planning to freeze my eggs and I conceived naturally. But then we lost the baby in the first three months itself.
Priya talked about her pregnancy journey
She further said, ‘After losing the baby, conceiving again was very different. People talk about pregnancy but do not talk about miscarriage. This was a difficult phase. When I conceived again, I remembered that every ultrasound was like an exam. You are afraid that you might fail. You never know when to celebrate. Don’t know whether to be happy or nervous. But then gradually you learn to trust your body.
Talking about motherhood, Priya said that she was mentally prepared for it. Priya said- I am not worried about the gender of the child. I’m trying not to do a lot of shopping. I will be an over protective mother.
Priya got married to Karan Bakshi
Talking about Priya’s work front, she is an actress and poet. After dating for a long time, Priya married Karan Bakshi in 2022. It was her second marriage with Karan. Before this she was married to Bhushan Malik. But they got divorced in 2018.
