Bihar: An uncontrolled truck ran over a finance employee in Bettiah, killing him on the spot. The incident took place at Ahwar Sheikh Tola on Nanosti Jagdishpur main road in Majhaulia police station area of the district. The deceased has been identified as Rahul Kumar, 27-year-old son of Jagarnath Sahni.

According to the information received, the deceased Mithoot worked in Microfin Limited Company and was posted in Jagdishpur. He left his branch on Thursday morning to collect money. During this time, he was going from Jagdishpur to Nanosti to collect money. Meanwhile, an uncontrolled truck coming from Jagdishpur ran over him. Due to which he died on the spot.
After the death, hundreds of people gathered at the spot. However, the truck driver managed to escape with the truck. The police, who arrived after getting information about the incident, started investigating the case. Majhauliya police and Dial 112 team and SI Bhupesh Kumar took the body in their custody and sent it to GMCH Bettiah for postmortem. Meanwhile, the relatives of the deceased have been informed about the incident.
