On June 23, a meeting of all the major opposition parties of the country is being held in Patna, the capital of Bihar, who want to oust Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s BJP government from the country. Government wants change. The Bharatiya Janata Party from Patna to Delhi is calling it a futile exercise. Meanwhile, the BJP has been given an issue by the state’s Nitish Kumar government. The BJP can create a ruckus on a letter from the General Administration Department, because this order is showing that the Grand Alliance government has thrown the government machinery for a purely political program.
The reason for the uproar is to remove officers from the departments
The ruckus will be on the fact that in the name of a political program, the government not only put the officers of Patna Collectorate there on duty, but also deputed 20 responsible officers of different departments. The effect of this deputation will be that these 20 officers will not do their routine work this week. Many of these officers have various responsibilities, which they will not be able to do till Friday due to being on deputation. That is, whatever work they will do now – only next week.
Know, which departments are going to be responsible
Only the Managing Director of Bihar State Minorities Financial Corporation and the General Manager of Beltron will be on deputation. Meaning, the final decision making officials in these offices will be absent. Many works get stuck in the departments even without a deputy, because many works cannot be done even without being forwarded. There are such departments as well, in which they are mostly dependent, because the above officers are in additional charge elsewhere. It is not known how much its effect will be on which department, but it can become an issue for the opposition because officers called deputy from most of the departments have been deputed in the meeting of opposition parties. Joint Secretary of Rural Development Department, Deputy Director of Breda, Joint Secretary of Agriculture Department, Deputy Secretary from Social Welfare Department, Deputy Secretary of Water Resources Department, Deputy Secretary of Monitoring Department, Deputy Secretary of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Welfare Department, Jal Jeevan Deputy Director of Hariyali Mission, Deputy Secretary of Agriculture Department, Assistant Director of Minority Welfare Department, Deputy Secretary of Transport Department, Deputy Secretary of Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Deputy Secretary of Industries Department, Deputy General Manager of Bihar State Food Corporation, Industries Department Deputy Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Building Construction Department has been engaged in the political meeting. Apart from this, Departmental Public Grievance Redressal Officer under General Administration Department and Officer on Special Duty of Education Department have also been deputed from June 21 to June 24 in Patna Collectorate.
Whatever the issue, there is a need for officers of the same level.
Administrative experts say that this is a political program, but it is big and important in the sense that apart from the Chief Minister, prominent political personalities from many states of the country are coming to Patna in this way. Duty of senior officers is essential for administrative management, so that there is no problem from security to convenience. For this program, his team will be with the politicians, but the officers of Bihar will also be engaged with him. It is mandatory to appoint high level officers in this, therefore, in the district in which such programs are held, additional senior officers are deputed.
