On getting information about this, the family members got the student married to someone else due to fear of public shame.

The victim alleged that after marriage, the young man also reached her in-laws’ house. After reaching there, he incited her husband and the people of her in-laws’ house against her by telling them wrong things. After knowing wrong things about his wife, her husband sent her to her maternal house. After coming to her maternal house, the accused teacher started coming to her house again. Regarding this, the family members called a panchayat many times and stopped the young man from coming to the house. Troubled by the actions of the accused teacher, the family members were busy preparing for the second marriage of the girl. The victim told that on getting information about the wedding preparations, teacher Vikas came near her house on Monday and gave her a bottle of poisonous substance and said that if you really love me then drink it. The girl drank the poisonous substance under the influence of the teacher. As soon as she drank it, the accused teacher fled from the spot. After drinking the poison, when the condition of the girl deteriorated, the family members took her to Patepur PHC, from where the doctor referred her to Sadar Hospital after first aid. The girl is currently swinging between life and death in Sadar Hospital. The family members say that the teacher is married and he also has two children.
