In Samastipur, a husband crossed all the limits of cruelty. First he beat his wife fiercely and when that too did not satisfy her, then took her to the terrace and put a rod in her private part. Hearing her screams, when the people of the house rushed there, the accused husband fled from there. The incident is of Belsandi Dadhiya village under Chakmahesi police station area. The accused husband of the victim is Santosh Das.

Regarding the incident, the victim said that she was cooking in the morning. Then her husband Santosh Das came near her and started fighting with her over some issue. During the fight, Santosh Das attacked him with a vegetable cutter. Phil began to beat her with a rolling pin. Santos Das dragged his wife to the terrace of the house while beating her. Where after beating, he put a rod in the private part of the woman. After this incident, the woman screamed with unbearable pain. Hearing her scream, other family members including the woman’s father-in-law reached there. Santosh Das fled from there as soon as the people reached there.
Relatives rushed to the hospital
In a hurry, with the help of the local people, the victim was admitted to Kalyanpur PHC. But seeing his serious condition, the doctor sent him to Sadar Hospital. On the other hand, in Sadar Hospital too, the doctor referred the victim to PMCH Patna, stating that the situation was serious.
