The case of alleged treatment of dead people in government and private hospitals in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar has been exposed under this guise. Human rights advocate Dr. S.K. Jha has filed three separate petitions in the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), Bihar State Human Rights Commission (BHRC) and Uttar Pradesh State Human Rights Commission (UPHRC).
