Chief Minister Nitish Kumar keeps using this rhyming word pair every now and then to term the words of his opponents as fake. For almost a year, he has been heard saying in response to questions on any statement of BJP leaders that he just keeps talking like this. Earlier he used to use it only about his old friend and former Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi. But, now many stalwarts of the ruling Janata Dal United and Rashtriya Janata Dal in the state speak this word.
