The troubles of Manoj Tiwari, senior BJP leader and outgoing MP and candidate from North-Eastern region of Delhi, may increase. A complaint has been filed against him in the CJM Court of Patna. He has been accused of making derogatory remarks against a caste regarding the nomination of his rival and Congress candidate Kanhaiya Kumar. Due to this allegation, advocate Ashok Kumar has filed a complaint against him.
Case transferred to MP-MLA court
Advocates Ram Sandesh Rai and Manilal took arguments on behalf of the applicant who filed the complaint in the CJM court. He said that the comments of BJP MP Manoj Tiwari are not acceptable to the society under any circumstances. The CJM court accepted this complaint. Also, this case was transferred to the special court of MP-MLA for hearing.
Manoj Tiwari holds a responsible and constitutional post
Here, after the complaint was accepted, advocate Ashok Kumar said that BJP leader Manoj Tiwari is on a responsible and constitutional post. He made derogatory remarks on a particular caste regarding the nomination of Kanhaiya Kumar. This cannot be tolerated by the society at any cost. He has said things against the Constitution. Therefore, there is a demand from the court that strict action should be taken against them. So that from now on any person will think a hundred times before commenting against any society.
