Locals say that Deepak Kumar, a resident of Biharsharif, lived in his in-laws’ house as a son-in-law. He had a wife and two sisters. Since he had no brother-in-law, Deepak looked after them. On Sunday morning, Deepak was having an argument with his wife Laxmi Devi. The matter escalated so much that Deepak suddenly took out his pistol and shot his wife. When Gudiya (Deepak’s sister-in-law) came to rescue her, he shot her too. Laxmi Devi died in the firing. Gudiya’s condition is critical.
