In Begusarai, three fearless criminals shot an electricity shopkeeper. The incident is of Krishna Traders located at Rajendra Road in Phulwaria police station area. The deceased was Krishna Kumar (37), son of Shyam Sundar Loharika, resident of Rajendra Road.

Eyewitness Abdul Wahid told that he is the staff of Krishna Kumar. The deceased Krishna was preparing to go home after closing his shop. Only then three criminals riding a bike reached there. Two criminals came to the shop by bike and started demanding money. Suddenly Krishna got scared of doing this by the criminals. As soon as the fearful Krishna started taking money out of his pocket, both those criminals started firing on him. Eyewitness Abdul Wahid told that the criminals fired about 8 to 10 rounds. As soon as the firing happened, the nearby shopkeepers closed their shops and started running away. On the other hand, fearless criminals escaped from the scene waving weapons after killing. Krishna Kumar has five bullets in his body. As soon as the bullet hit, Krishna Kumar fell on the road. In the injured condition, the people around took him to a private hospital where the doctors declared him brought dead. As soon as the news of the death was received, there was chaos among the family members.

Local people said that two years back also, Krishna Kumar was attacked by criminals in broad daylight in which he was injured. At present, there is a lot of resentment among the shopkeepers after this incident. An atmosphere of panic has arisen among the local shopkeepers. On the other hand, as soon as the information about the incident was received, the Phulwaria police station reached the private hospital. Police took the dead body in their possession and sent it to Sadar Hospital for postmortem. At present, the police is investigating the whole matter.
