In Kamtaul police station area of Darbhanga, a husband beat up his wife and threw her out of the house after her wife protested against her illicit relationship. It is said that Anil Kumar Prasad, resident of Muhammadpur Telia Pokhar, was trying to have an illicit relationship by bringing a woman into his house with him.
Let us tell you that when she protested, the husband beat up his wife Lakshmi Devi severely and also assaulted her son and daughter-in-law who came to her rescue and injured all three. He left his wife Lakshmi Devi in Bolero and ran away in the dark of night at Sharfuddinpur Chowk near Gopalpur village of Bochha police station area of Muzaffarpur district. She somehow went from there to her maternal home, where her parents got her treated in a government hospital.
The victim, Lakshmi Devi, says that she was continuously opposing her husband’s illicit relationship with another woman. But her husband’s habits were not improving at all. The habit had become so bad that he now wanted to keep the woman in his house, which she was opposing. Due to this, she was seriously injured by her husband and she was also thrown out of the house. At present he is in his maternal home.
At the same time, in this regard, Kamtaul police station incharge said that at present no such application has been received in the police station. If application is received from the aggrieved party, then appropriate action will be taken.
