Police are continuously increasing patrolling to curb criminals in Tilakeshwar OP and Kusheshwarsthan police station area of Darbhanga district of Bihar. Despite the increase in the water level of Kosi river in the past days, the police are continuously increasing their patrolling. Where the stream of Kosi river blocked the patrol. There the patrolling party is patrolling by taking the risk by putting the vehicle on the boat. Seeing this, the local people are praising the Darbhanga police.

In fact, due to rains in the Terai region of Nepal, the water level of Kosi has increased. Due to this the patrolling was stopped in Tilakeshwar and Diyara of Kusheshwarsthan. After that, on the instructions of the SSP of Darbhanga, the patrol vehicle is being patrolled in Diyara by crossing the boat in the fast current of Kosi. Due to increase in patrolling in Diara, the fear of criminals has reduced in Diara area. At the same time, thousands of people of Diyara are appreciating this work of Kusheshwarsthan police.

Local Ashish Kumar says that earlier when incidents used to happen in Diyara, it used to take a whole day for the police to come here. The police used to come here by following the paths of the fields. But after the completion of Kusheshwarsthan to Phultoda road construction work, dozens of villages will be connected to SH 56. After that police patrolling in Diara will become even easier. On the other hand, people say that the way the police increased patrolling in Diyara and cracked down on criminals despite the absence of a road, is commendable.
