An uncontrolled e-rickshaw overturned on a girl who was going to bring lassi from home in Patna City, in which the girl died on the spot. In a hurry, people caught hold of the e-rickshaw driver and thrashed him fiercely. During this, there was an atmosphere of chaos in the entire area. After getting the information of the incident, the police also reached the spot and arrested the driver. Along with this, the e-rickshaw was also seized. The identity of the deceased is said to be Jhanvi Kumari, 10 years old daughter of Rajesh Kumar alias Bablu Yadav.
Was going to bring lassi to the market
In relation to the incident, relatives say that Janhavi Kumari, daughter of Rajesh Kumar alias Bablu Yadav, was going to the market to bring lassi from home on Monday evening at the crossroads near Mittal Ghat in Patna City. Just then, as soon as Janhvi reached near the intersection of Mittal Ghat, an e-rickshaw coming at a high speed from the opposite direction went uncontrolled and overturned on the girl. As soon as the e-rickshaw overturned, Jhanvi got buried under it, due to which Jhanvi died on the spot.
Accused e-rickshaw driver arrested
Regarding the incident, the police say that the e-rickshaw was loaded with a lot of luggage, due to which the girl died on the spot after being crushed under the e-rickshaw. As soon as the incident was reported, people gathered around and caught the auto driver. The local people informed about this to the Khajekala police station. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and the e-rickshaw driver was arrested by the police. Police say that the police have seized the e-rickshaw. After the incident, there was chaos in the entire area for hours. After getting the information of the incident, mourning silence spread among the family members.
