The hearing of the defamation case against Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav is going to be held in Gujarat today. This hearing will be held in the Metro Court of Ahmedabad. The court will hear the arguments presented by the case and Tejashwi Yadav’s side. After this, it will be decided whether a defamation case is made against Tejashwi or not. If the matter becomes a case of defamation, then summons can also be issued to the Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar. The last hearing was held on May 1. Tell that Gujarat businessman Haresh Mehta had filed a complaint against RJD supremo Lalu Prasad’s younger son Tejashwi Yadav in the court of Additional Metropolitan Magistrate DJ Parmar. On March 21, a criminal defamation case was registered under sections 499 and 500 of the IPC. After which the court asked for hearing on May 8 for hearing.

Gujaratis were called thugs

Bihar Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav was accused by Haresh Mehta of calling Gujaratis thugs while talking to reporters in Patna during the budget session of the Bihar Legislative Assembly. In his statement, Tejashwi had said that if we look at the present situation, only Gujaratis are thugs and they are also forgiven. He said this when the name of diamond trader Mehul Choksi, who ran away with the money of the banks, was removed from the Red Notice of Interpol.

Hearing in the case of Anand Mohan in the Supreme Court

here, in the Supreme Court Bahubali and former MP Anand Mohan case will be heard. The wife of late IAS G Krishnaiah had filed a petition in the Supreme Court. He opposed the release of Anand Mohan. He said that Anand Mohan was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of her husband, so how could he be released in 15 years. The Bihar government has brought out Anand Mohan by amending the rules. This is wrong, so the court should give justice on this matter.
