In Bihar, a mischievous lover first took a girl to Nepal on the pretext of marriage and celebrated her honeymoon and then fled after leaving her after three days. Now the girl is pleading for justice by giving an application in the police station. The matter pertains to Sursand police station area of Sitamarhi district.
The victim told that a young man from Devnath Patti sexually assaulted the girl for 6 months on the pretext of marriage. When the girl pressured the boy to marry, the boy’s relatives started fighting with the victim girl. Not only this, they also started trying to kill the victim. The victim then reported the incident to the police. As soon as the information was received, 112 police reached the spot and saved the girl from them and took her to the police station. The victim lodged an FIR in the police station against the accused boy and his family members.
Honeymoon celebrated in Nepal on the pretext of marriage
While giving an application in the police station, the victim said that at around 4 pm on June 6, Adarsh Jha alias Rituraj Kumar called the victim telling her some important work and took her to Janakpur by sitting on a bike. As soon as he reached there, Adarsh Jha alias Rituraj Kumar talked about marrying that girl. On the assurance of marriage, he kept her in a residential hotel for three days and sexually assaulted her.

After three days passed, when the girl questioned him about marriage, Adarsh refused to marry. Then Adarsh left the girl in Jaleshwar, Nepal and said that you wait here, I will come in 10 minutes. But till 7:00 in the evening he did not come nor did he pick up the call. After which the girl reached the boy’s house.
The relatives of the accused thrashed
The victim says that somehow she reached her home from Nepal and then went to the house of the accused and when she complained about this, the accused
Rituraj Jha alias Adarsh Jha, accused’s sister Suman Kumari, mother Anshu Devi, uncle Ashok Jha, Kameshwar Jha and others started fighting with him. Then the victim called the police by calling 112.
The relatives of the accused are demanding one million
On being informed by the police station, the family members of the girl also reached the police station and urged the family members of the accused that both of us belong to the same caste. Marriage should be done, but now the accused side is demanding Rs 10 lakh from the victim side. In this regard, Police Station President Raj Kishore Singh says that an FIR has been registered in the police station regarding this matter. Anshu Devi, mother of accused Rituraj Kumar alias Adarsh Kumar, has been arrested. Raids are being conducted to arrest the other people.
