In Bihar’s Motihari, dacoits have carried out a major incident of robbery at the house of Jap leader. During this, the dacoits also assaulted the JAP leader and his father, who is the vice-president of the Cooperative Bank. Sikarhana SDPO, who reached the spot after getting information about the incident, has started investigating the matter. The incident took place on Friday night at Shripur Kauwaha under Ghorasahan police station area.
According to information, 15 to 20 armed dacoits entered the house of Arun Singh, Vice President of The Motihari Central Cooperative Bank, on Friday night. Then looted property worth about 20 lakhs including cash from there. When the police reached the spot after getting the information, all the dacoits escaped from there by exploding the bomb. During this, the dacoits also physically assaulted Arun Singh’s son and Jaap leader Abhijit Singh.
JAP leader Abhijit Singh told that last night 15 to 20 dacoits entered the house by cutting the main door with a gas cutter machine. During this, 10 to 12 dacoits entered the house and the rest remained outside. The armed robbers locked all the members of the house in the bathroom and started assaulting me, which went on for about two hours. At the same time, the dacoits looted seven lakh cash and jewelery kept in the house. Looted property worth about 20 lakhs including cash. Along with this, the laptop and hard disk kept in the house were also taken away. After the robbery, the dacoits opened fire and also hurled bombs.
Abhijeet Singh told that if the police wanted, they could have caught the dacoits, because the dacoits fled in front of the police. The villagers are also telling about firing and bomb blasts by the dacoits during the dacoity.
Sikarhana SDPO Rajesh Kumar told that when the police reached with the force on the information of dacoity in Shripur Kauwaha, the dacoits ran away while exploding the bombs. The dacoits were chased. But they escaped taking advantage of the darkness. The incident is being investigated. The incident will be revealed soon.
