In Vaishali, criminals killed the mother of two children with a sharp weapon. The woman was living in a rented house. After committing the murder late on Tuesday night, the criminals locked the main gate from outside and fled. However, when the door of the house did not open in the morning, the local people got suspicious and informed the police. On receiving the information of the incident, there was an uproar among the family members. The family members are inconsolable. The incident took place in the Purani Bazar locality of Mahua police station area.

Here, as soon as the information of the incident was received, Mahua police station in-charge Subhash Prasad reached the spot with a team and started investigating the case. The door of the closed house was broken in the presence of the magistrate. After this, the dead body was taken out of the house. The police took the body in its possession and sent it to Sadar Hospital Hajipur for postmortem and is investigating the case. The deceased woman has been identified as Beauty Kumari, 30-year-old wife of Mithun Kumar, a resident of Mukundpur village of Mahua police station area. She left behind two children. Police say that the reasons for the murder are being ascertained. Some people are being questioned. Further action is being taken in the case.
