The conspiracy of Naxalites to blow up security forces in the highly Naxal-affected Aurangabad district of Bihar has been foiled. Police have recovered three powerful IED bombs from the forest of Laduiyan Pahad and Shikari Kuiyan in the forest area of Pachrukhiya in Madanpur police station area. Police sources said that the recovered IED bombs are very powerful and their destructive capability is extremely lethal. Each bomb weighs three kilograms, which was destroyed on the spot by the bomb disposal squad.
If sources are to be believed, Naxalites had planted IED bombs to carry out destructive activities in the Lok Sabha elections, harm security forces and create panic among the villagers. Aurangabad Police Captain Swapna Gautam Meshram got this information. After this he instructed Cobra 205 Commandant Kailash Arya and ASP Operations Kabir Sharan to conduct the operation. On instructions, Cobra 205 and local police station started an intensive search operation in the forests of Pacharukhiya. Meanwhile, three powerful IED bombs were recovered from Laduiyan Pahar and Shikari Kuiyan forest. After that the recovered bombs were destroyed on the spot.
It is noteworthy that due to police activity in the area, the activities of Naxalites have slowed down. Despite this, in view of the Lok Sabha elections, Naxalites are hatching such conspiracies to make their presence felt, which their plans are being thwarted by continuous search operations by the security forces.
