The case had gone home with his business friends Rajesh Kumar, Pankaj Kumar and Ranjit Kumar on the evening of 9 January. An FIR was lodged in Sadar police station. In spite of the registration of the FIR, the police requested for the recovery of their husband from DSP Sadar Amit Kumar and SSP Jagunath Reddy several times, but no benefit was yet received. The police have neither been able to recover Manish Yadav nor have they been able to arrest them.

Police accused have not been arrested yet

In this regard, wife Salekha Devi told that now she will staging a sit -in with her three children at the SSP office to recover her husband. She told that the husband has been missing for the last three months. Now he has met the SSP four to five times then. But, he talks about action every time. So far my husband is not being recovered. The police have not been able to arrest the accused till now.
