About 15 years ago, when KK Pathak had written the word ‘fool’ for the doctors in the letter issued to remove the blood bank from Patna Medical College Hospital, the Patna High Court had strongly reprimanded him. Even before that he was in the news for such news. Now he is in the news even in the current Nitish Kumar government. About a year ago, during a meeting in the Secretariat premises, he had abused Bihari officers, which also went viral. Those who made it viral were discovered and punished, but the readers remained clean. Then, came the education department. Here the Education Minister Prof. In the past, when there was a dispute with Chandrashekhar, it was resolved only by getting him removed. Meanwhile, the audio of his abusing national level Dr. Ajay Kumar went viral. And now, a letter is going viral everywhere. The letter is correct. This is actually not a letter, but a threat to Patna District Magistrate Dr. Chandrashekhar Singh. In the point-wise threat, he has been told what answer he will have to give in the Patna High Court by disobeying the orders of the Additional Chief Secretary of the Education Department.

Know what the questions will be

first question : In a cold wave, only the health and life of children are at risk and the growth and lives of sick people are not at risk. On what basis have you believed this?

second question : Apart from schools, you have not made any change in their timings, let alone closing business establishments, shops, cinemas, malls, parks etc.

Third question: Despite imposition of Section 144, children are seen coming and going from place to place. So, what preparations were made by you to enforce Section 144 on such a large scale, because it cannot be assumed that children will fall ill only when they go to school and not when they go to other places (like market, mall, park etc.) Will not get sick. So, for example, it can be asked why you did not mention in your Section 144 order that no child below the age of 12 years should go out of the house. Perhaps such an order would have been better because can children be considered safe just by closing schools?

Fourth question: It can also be asked that on what basis did you free the director of Mission Daksh and special classes for board exams. There is a mutual contradiction in your above orders, because on one hand you have banned educational activities till class 8 only but have continued Mission Daksh, whereas Mission Daksh is also applicable to children from class 3 to class 8.

Fifth question: Would also like to clarify that this kind of order which you have issued in several phases from 8th January, what information did you receive before deciding that the school should be closed due to the cold wave. What information was taken from the Meteorological Department or other sources? How many data and temperature charts were obtained and studied? How were these data after January 8 reviewed, on the basis of which this order was taken?
