A bank robbery took place in broad daylight in Sheikhpura on Monday. About 10 miscreants entered Axis Bank located at Srikrishna Chowk in Barbigha. By the time the bank employees got suspicious, the miscreants took out their weapons and held everyone hostage. After this, they looted almost all the cash kept in the cash counter and locker. Not only this, the miscreants also looted the customers present inside the bank. A total of Rs 45 lakh is being reported to have been looted.
Criminals are being searched with the help of CCTV
Here, after the incident, there was a stir in the area. A crowd of people gathered around. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and started investigating. The police is scanning the CCTV footage to identify the criminals. According to the police, it is coming to light that it was a bank robbery. How much money was looted? It is still being ascertained.
