Patna District Magistrate Shirshat Kapil Ashok said that conducting elections in a free, fair, fear-free, transparent and participatory environment is the top priority of the district administration. You all should take care of every facility of the voter. No voter included in the voter list should be deprived of exercising his/her right to vote. There is no restriction on voters coming to the polling booths in private vehicles.
