A minor has been raped in Bettiah. It is being told that after seeing the girl alone, the young man caught her and took her to the house and brutally assaulted her. The incident took place in a village of Majholia police station area of the district. The victim’s mother has filed an application with the police, pleading for justice.
She kept screaming, but the accused did not leave her.
The victim’s mother said that after seeing her daughter alone on Saturday night, a 22-year-old accused from the same village caught hold of her daughter, took her to the house and forcibly raped her. My daughter kept screaming and begging to be left, but the accused kept doing dirty things with her. When her daughter reached home crying, she asked why she was crying, but her daughter was avoiding telling anything. After interrogating her for a long time, we were stunned when the daughter narrated her entire ordeal. There is an appeal to the police to take this matter seriously and arrest the accused.
The victim was sent for medical examination
Meanwhile, SDPO Forest Vivek Deep said that as soon as information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot and are busy investigating the matter. The accused has been arrested from the spot. The police is busy taking further action by registering an FIR on the application of the victim’s mother. The victim has been sent for medical examination.
